Key Responsibilities

Driving & Delivery

  • Safely drive company vehicles/two-wheelers for deliveries and official work.
  • Pick up and drop bikes for service, registration (RTO), test rides, or customer deliveries.
  • Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers with proper documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicles.

Customer Interaction

  • Assist customers during bike delivery and explain basic features when required.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Handle customer documents securely and responsibly.

Showroom Operations

  • Support sales executives in arranging bikes on the display floor.
  • Assist with inventory movement, bike parking, and vehicle management.
  • Help in handling registration documents (RTO work), insurance files, and delivery checklists.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain logs of deliveries, fuel usage, service movement, and other tasks.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and sales teams for daily schedules.
  • Perform basic office tasks as assigned by management.
