Role Overview: We are looking for an accomplished Integra¢on Project Manager / Delivery Manager

with strong technical exper¢se and a proven record of successfully leading enterprise-scale integra¢on

projects across mul¢ple pla¢orms such as TIBCO, MuleSo¢, IBM Sterling Integrator, Seeburger, and

WSO2. The ideal candidate will excel at managing ¢me-bound, quality-focused deliveries, overseeing

managed & sta aug services engagements, and ensuring high levels of customer sa¢sfac¢on through

eec¢ve governance and stakeholder management. This is a techno-func¢onal leadership role requiring

hands-on knowledge of integra¢on technologies, the ability to lead sta augmenta¢on (people-based)

projects, and to navigate technically complex and mul¢ stakeholder environments. Candidates with

experience in applying Ar¢cial Intelligence (AI) within integra¢on ecosystemssuch as AI-driven

rou¢ng, monitoring, or analy¢cswill be given strong preference.

Lead and deliver integra¢on and managed service projects with strong focus on ¢melines,

quality, and client sa¢sfac¢on.

Manage sta augmenta¢on / people-based projects, ensuring ecient stang, onboarding, and

produc¢vity.

Act as a trusted delivery partner for customers, maintaining strong alignment on technology,

governance, and execu¢on.

Handle technically complex and demanding stakeholder environments with condence and

diplomacy.

Drive AI-driven integra¢on ini¢a¢ves, embedding automa¢on, intelligence, and performance

op¢miza¢on.

Oversee RFP responses, proposals, and pre-sales ac¢vi¢es for integra¢on opportuni¢es.

Collaborate with cross-func¢onal teams to dene integra¢on strategy, architecture, and best

prac¢ces.

Provide leadership and delivery oversight across integra¢on pla¢orms: TIBCO, MuleSo¢, IBM

Sterling Integrator, Seeburger, WSO2. Establish and enforce governance frameworks, SLAs, risk

mi¢ga¢on, and delivery excellence. Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment that

Required Skills & Qualica¢ons:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Informa¢on Technology, or related

discipline.

¢

12+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years as an Integra¢on Project or Delivery Manager.

Proven People manager (with respect to internal direct reports vs external stakeholder)

Proven experience in sta augmenta¢on (people-based) delivery and managing diverse technical

teams.

Deep understanding of integra¢on architectures, middleware frameworks, APIs, and data

transforma¢on.

Strong working knowledge of TIBCO, MuleSo¢, IBM Sterling Integrator, Seeburger, and WSO2.

Familiarity with Java, microservices, API-led integra¢on, cloud-na¢ve integra¢on, and DevOps

prac¢ces.

Demonstrated ability to manage technically challenging stakeholders and drive consensus.

Hands-on exposure to AI in integra¢on use cases (monitoring, op¢miza¢on, or predic¢ve

analy¢cs) is highly desirable.

Proven experience delivering Managed Services or long-term support and enhancement projects

with governance and nancial accountability.
