Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Sales and Marketing Intern for 3 months with PPO upto 10 LPA. The intern will assist in executing sales and marketing strategies, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, supporting lead generation, and maintaining client relationships. Additional responsibilities will include assisting in sales training, contributing to sales planning, and promoting PeerHub's offerings to target audiences. Collaboration across teams and participation in tracking marketing campaign effectiveness are integral to the role.

Pay: 15k/month for UG students

17k/month for PG students

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and handle inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation, strategize sales campaigns, and develop client relationships.
  • Ability to assist in Training and development initiatives within the sales and marketing team.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
  • Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
