Role Description

We are seeking a
Dental Assistant
to join our growing team.

This is a
full-time, on-site position
based in
Battarahalli, KR Puram, Bengaluru
.

The Dental Assistant will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the dentist during various dental procedures and treatments
  • Preparing and sterilizing instruments, equipment, and treatment areas
  • Managing patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked operatory
  • Supporting infection control and safety protocols
  • Recording and updating patient information accurately
  • Providing oral hygiene instructions and post-treatment care guidance
  • Ensuring smooth workflow and coordination within the clinical team

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in dental assisting tasks and chairside support
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Relevant
    certification or diploma in Dental Assisting
    (required)
  • Prior experience in a clinical setup is an
    added advantage
