We're Hiring: ESG Manager.

At CLR, we believe that business growth and responsible impact go hand in hand. We are looking for an ESG Manager to lead our Environmental & Social Management System (ESMS) and drive sustainability, compliance, and ethical practices across all our operations.

What you'll do:

Ensure compliance with national labor laws, IFC Performance Standards & ILO Core Conventions

Conduct Environmental & Social risk assessments and develop mitigation plans

Implement and monitor ESG policies & programs on sustainability, diversity, and business integrity

Lead ESG reporting, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in responsible business conduct
