We're seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive luxury residential real estate sales in
Sakinaka, Andheri (East)
.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Achievement

  • Deliver targeted sales volumes and revenue as per business plan.
  • Ensure pricing compliance and seek approvals for deviations.

Direct Sales Channels

  • Handle leads from exhibitions, events, referrals, and digital campaigns.
  • Convert enquiries into successful transactions.

Channel Partner Management

  • Expand and deepen the channel partner network.
  • Motivate and support partners to enhance performance and revenue.

Key Requirements

  • Proven success in sourcing and closing residential real estate deals.
  • Strong grasp of the Mumbai Suburban market (
    Sakinaka, Andheri (East)
    preferred).
  • Demonstrated stability and long-term commitment in previous roles.

Preferred Profile

  • 5–7 years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
