Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through calls, field visits, and referrals.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Recommend suitable models based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries to close sales.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and meet monthly sales targets.

Service Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and troubleshoot products (RO / UV purifier / appliances depending on company).
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, filter replacements, and system checks.
  • Diagnose issues and provide quick and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and customer appointments.
  • Ensure proper documentation of service calls and maintain service records.

Skills & Qualifications

  • ITI / Diploma / Engineering background (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of RO systems / electrical & plumbing.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to manage field work and travel to customer locations.
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales/service roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
