Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Sanitary Inspector located in Jalgaon. The Chief Sanitary Inspector is responsible for maintaining public health and sanitation standards. Daily tasks include conducting inspections of public and private facilities, enforcing sanitary codes and regulations, overseeing waste management systems, and ensuring compliance with municipal health policies. The role also involves supervising sanitary workers, addressing public complaints, and implementing sanitation programs to improve community health.

Qualifications

• Experience in Public Health and Sanitation
• Strong knowledge of sanitary codes and regulations
• Supervisory and Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem Solving and Critical Thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in Public Health or Sanitation preferred
• Previous experience in a municipal or governmental role is a plus
