Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee - Costing at Iscon Balaji Foods, based in Ahmedabad. The trainee will work closely with the costing team to assist in developing and maintaining cost structures, analyzing cost data, and supporting decision-making processes. Responsibilities include monitoring production and operational costs, preparing budget reports, conducting variance analyses, and ensuring cost efficiency across various business operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of standard costing techniques, variance analysis, and inventory management
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial tools
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and time management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accountancy, or related discipline (preferred)
  • Willingness to work on-site at the Ahmedabad office
  • Previous internship or coursework in cost accounting or financial analysis is a plus
