Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, creative, and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Intern who lives and breathes social media. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing to identify, engage, and manage influencers who authentically align with Dead Honest's brand values — wellness, gut health, clean living, and premium lifestyle.

You will be the connector between the brand and the creator ecosystem, ensuring that our influencer partnerships are not only cost-effective but also story-led and conversion-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Scouting & Shortlisting
:

Use platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to discover influencers aligned with Dead Honest's positioning — health, wellness, fitness, clean beauty, conscious lifestyle, premium food, and Gen Z/urban consumers.

Database Creation & Segmentation
:

Build and maintain an influencer master sheet with follower counts, engagement rates, location, audience type, content niche, and past brand collaborations.

Campaign Planning
:

Work with the marketing team to conceptualize influencer briefs — tone, storytelling hooks, visual cues, and content formats (Reels, unboxing, taste tests, "Gut Talk" series, etc.).

Outreach & Negotiation
:

Draft DMs and email pitches, coordinate sample shipments, negotiate barter/collaboration terms, and track deliverables.

Performance Tracking
:

Measure reach, engagement, and sentiment of influencer campaigns using insights tools and create post-campaign summaries.

Trendspotting
:

Stay ahead of emerging creator trends, hashtags, and storytelling formats relevant to the "honest living" and "gut health" space.

Ideal Candidate

  • Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies.
  • Strong interest in influencer culture, digital storytelling, and wellness.
  • Familiar with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Instagram Analytics, or HypeAuditor.
  • Excellent communication skills — fluent in written & spoken English.
  • Self-starter with high accountability and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
