The Senior Graphic Designer will be a creative leader responsible for conceiving, developing, and executing dynamic, trend-forward visual content for all sports and entertainment initiatives. This role requires a blend of senior-level design mastery, brand guardianship, team mentorship, and a keen, commercial understanding of the latest digital and experiential design aesthetics to drive fan engagement and brand revenue.

Key Responsibilities & Trend Focus

Trend-Driven Creative Execution

  • Spearhead the design and production of high-impact visuals across all mediums, including social media, digital advertising.
  • Actively research and implement emerging graphic trends relevant to sports and fan culture, such as 3D Hyper-Surrealism, Bold/Dynamic Typography, Gradients with Grain/Blur, and Textural/Grunge aesthetics to keep the brand's visual identity cutting-edge.
  • Develop concepts for Augmented Reality (AR) filters/graphics and interactive digital experiences that align with "phygital" (physical-digital) fan engagement strategies.

Production and Project Management

  • Own design projects from concept through final delivery, managing complex workloads and prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines typical of a fast-paced sports and entertainment cycle.
  • Prepare and manage final artwork files for diverse outputs, including high-resolution print (e.g., arena wraps, billboards), large-scale digital screens, and platform-specific social media sizes.
  • Develop and maintain organized digital asset management (DAM) systems and comprehensive design style guides specific to major campaigns or product launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a significant portion in the sports, entertainment, or high-profile consumer branding sector.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Motion Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe After Effects and a working knowledge of 3D software (e.g Blender) are a significant advantage.
  • Design Principles: Deep understanding of layout, typography (especially large, expressive type), color theory, and composition.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional creativity, conceptual thinking, ability to present and defend design rationale, and excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-design stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for and in-depth knowledge of current design, social media, and technological trends shaping the sports and entertainment landscape.

Job Type: Full-time
