
Regional Product Specialist

Role & responsibilities
- Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth by working with cross functional team.
- Create promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed to build awareness and understanding.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to convince them on technical aspects and have the feedback on company products and services.
- Maintain knowledge of markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape and intelligence
- Analyse market data and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
- Work with Sales & Application team for Pre & post sales activity to increase sales conversion rate and enhance customer relations.
- Develops the relationship with the KOLs (setting up and monitoring evaluations, scientific work, publications, posters, etc.).
- Organising symposium, workshop, CME & Training program for product promotion & customer satisfaction.
- Execution of sales team and distributor training programs.
- Product messaging and positioning Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors by assessing current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation to counter the same.
- Understand and document our buyers process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
- Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
- Plan the launches of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Bringing awareness to your product through digital marketing tools like social media campaign, emailer etc.
- Role will require extensive traveling at times.

- In the event of absence, the Regional Product Manager is replaced by the National Product Manager.
