Our smart power bank rental stations are transforming how people stay charged across Delhi NCR — from cafés and lounges to coworking spaces, salons, and more.

We're now looking for a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Specialist
who can
independently build and execute marketing strategy
, strengthen our
brand presence (online + offline)
, and drive
high-quality B2B leads

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end B2B marketing as an individual contributor
    — from strategy to execution across channels.
  • Build and run
    online + offline campaigns
    to drive brand visibility and partner acquisition.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across
    email, LinkedIn, paid ads, events, field marketing, and partnerships
    .
  • Generate and qualify high-intent B2B leads to expand our partner network.
  • Create compelling marketing assets —
    pitch decks, case studies, brochures, social content, blogs, and videos
    .
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct deep research on markets, competitors, and industry trends to keep Urja Box ahead.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to maintain a strong, consistent brand story.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in
    B2B or growth marketing
    , preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment.
  • Proven experience in
    planning and executing campaigns independently
    .
  • Skilled with digital tools:
    LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, email automation tools
    , analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and obsessed with achieving measurable results.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and building processes from scratch.
