Job Title: IT Recruiter

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

*Note: Position is only for F2F interview's.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience & 6 months of relevant experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) or contract hiring.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent for C2H positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for C2H roles from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and track progress using ATS or recruitment tools.
  • Negotiate CTC, notice periods, and contract terms with candidates.
  • Coordinate and manage smooth onboarding processes for contract hires.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants to ensure long-term engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment & 6 months in C2H/contract hiring.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing C2H positions across various technologies.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
  • Excellent sourcing techniques and familiarity with various job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with staffing agencies or IT consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Understanding of employment laws and visa/immigration processes (optional based on location).
