We're Hiring – Store Manager (Sheet Metal Industry)

Location: Narhe, Pune (Candidates near Narhe preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years as Store Manager, with 1–2 years hands-on Kanban system experience

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain/Mechanical/Industrial or related field

Key Responsibilities

Manage all store operations – inward, outward, inventory, storage

Implement & monitor Kanban system for efficient inventory control

Maintain accurate stock levels & ensure timely availability of materials

Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation

Ensure ERP/system updates for all material movements

Coordinate with purchase, production & quality teams

Train & supervise store staff

Enforce store policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices
