About the Role
Car24 is looking for a Tele caller Associate to engage with customers exploring premium & luxury cars (15L+). This role goes beyond callingit's about being a trusted consultant, understanding customer needs, and guiding them towards the right car from our inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with potential buyers for cars above 15L.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles with a consultative approach.
- Share detailed knowledge on car models, pricing, finance, and documentation.
- Schedule showroom visits/test drives and coordinate with sales teams.
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets while ensuring a premium customer experience.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of tele sales/tele caller experience, ideally in automobiles or premium customer handling.
- Strong knowledge/interest in brands like Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Volvo, etc.
- Excellent spoken English & Hindi, with persuasive and confident communication.
- Love for the automotive industry and a genuine fascination for cars.
- Customer-oriented, consultative mindset with ability to engage HNI clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
Preferred
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in luxury automotive sales/dealerships is highly valued.
Ideal for someone who is not just a salesperson but a car enthusiast who enjoys guiding customers in making high-value automotive decisions.
