Role Description


• Collect, clean, and analyze data across multiple platforms including Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and other e-commerce tools.


• Build dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, retention, and customer behavior.


• Translate complex data sets into clear insights and recommendations for marketing, product, logistics, and customer experience teams.


• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize campaigns, pricing, inventory planning, and operational efficiency.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to drive data-backed decision-making.


• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by implementing quality checks and standard reporting processes.

Qualifications


• Proven experience as a Data Analyst (e-commerce experience preferred).


• Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem, online retail metrics, and digital marketing funnels.


• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).


• Hands-on experience with Shopify analytics, GA4, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and other e-commerce tracking tools.


• Ability to handle large datasets, build reports, and automate dashboards.


• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills to present insights clearly.


• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused brand environment.
