About the Role:

We are looking for a Software TA Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience in the semiconductor domain. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, C++, and a solid understanding of Linux environments. The role involves developing and maintaining automation frameworks, enhancing tool efficiency, and supporting software validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools for software testing and validation.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of tools.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows.
  • Perform regression testing and analyze results to identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to process improvements by automating manual test and deployment tasks.
  • Maintain documentation for tools, frameworks, and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in software or test automation within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
  • Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and scripting for regression and validation testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
  • Familiarity with EDA tools or semiconductor workflows.
  • Knowledge of version control systems and software development best practices.
