AVP - Business Financial Planning

Role & responsibilities
This role is responsible for analysing and developing key financial metrics to drive financial/strategic goals of the organization. The role will require partnering closely with business leadership teams to develop AOP and monitor KPIs. This role would require preparing management reporting packs for timely reviews with actionable business insights.
Annual budgets / P&L simulations/ Scenario planning / Business Partnering
Work closely with business leadership teams to drive the financial/strategic goals for the organization using data driven analysis
Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
Partnering with business teams to set the annual budgets of their respective channels and monitor financial metrics monthly
Raising violations for various underwriting ratios w.r.t boundary conditions on monthly basis, finalizing actionables and ensuring implementation of actionables
P&L analytics, MIS & Reporting
Prepare management reporting packs for timely reviews with actionable business insights
Deep dive into analyzing the Operating expenses
Quality check of payment grids basis the guidelines
Any other payout related activities
Compliance & Controls
- Implementation and adherence of the business processes and controls
Interacting with Auditors, fulfilling information requirements and reconciliations
