Role Summary

You'll lead on-ground teams to install and maintain 's smart irrigation devices under the Punjab Government initiative.Your mission: ensure timely, high-quality installations, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with farmers and officials.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily installation and service teams across assigned areas.
• Verify wiring, connectivity, and app sync for every PHMC device.
• Track targets, progress, and field reports with full documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics, MIS, and government stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues and train new technicians when required.

Locations

• Sangrur (4 areas/blocks) – Sangrur, Bhawanigarh, Dirba/Sunam, Andana/Lehragaga
• Patiala (4 areas/blocks) – Nabha, Sanour, Bhunerheri, PatranSangrur & Patiala

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical (or similar).
• 1–3 years' experience in field supervision or electrical/IoT projects.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Proficient with mobile apps, Excel, and WhatsApp reporting.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Compensation

₹20,000–₹25,000/month + travel allowance + performance incentives.
