MIS Expert

MIS Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Automate repetitive report generation tasks using Excel macros, Power Query, or VBA.
• Analyze business data to support management decisions.
• Prepare performance reports, financial dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure timely reporting.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

• Handle vendor invoice processing, verification, and posting in the ERP/accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
• Ensure timely payments and follow up on pending approvals.
• Maintain records of all AP transactions and documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing related to accounts payable.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment queries.

Key Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query)
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Accounts Payable processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP Systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools (preferred)
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA in Finance / Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in MIS Reporting and Accounts Payable
• Certification in Excel/MIS or Accounting software is a plus Role & responsibilities
