Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and skilled
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring talent across our operations teams. You will play a key role in ensuring we bring in the right people who align with our performance standards, compliance requirements, and organizational values.

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys end-to-end recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building strong teams.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Hiring

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for frontline, mid-level, and support roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field sourcing.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess communication skills, role fit, and behavioural traits.
  • Coordinate interviews with business and clients.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline for high-volume hiring requirements.

Stakeholder & Operations Coordination

  • Work closely with operations managers to understand manpower planning and hiring forecasts.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and turnaround time.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with operations and training teams.

Candidate Assessment & Experience

  • Evaluate candidates based on competencies relevant to collections and customer-facing roles.
  • Ensure a professional and seamless experience for all candidates.
  • Maintain structured documentation and ensure compliance with internal hiring norms.

Process Excellence

  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source efficiency, joining ratios).
  • Recommend improvements to sourcing, assessment, and onboarding processes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and outreach activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any field); HR specialization preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience in BFSI hiring, collections hiring, or high-volume hiring is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidate potential beyond résumé screening.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
