This is an on-site and full-time job opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms, such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to digital assets, print collateral, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all design work, ensuring that our brand identity is communicated effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with the company's goals and messaging.
  • Use design to tell compelling stories, conveying complex ideas and messages in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, pushing the envelope in terms of design concepts while considering the target audience and market trends.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and a willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Ensure all designs are of high quality, pixel-perfect, and ready for various mediums and formats.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
