About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Lead – Architecture & Design
to head our design team and shape the creative vision of our projects. This role is ideal for an architect with exceptional design sensibilities, leadership ability, and a passion for innovation in spatial experiences.

As a Creative Lead, you will guide concept development, mentor junior designers, and ensure design excellence across all architectural and interior projects. You'll collaborate closely with clients and the internal team to bring bold, thoughtful, and refined ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction and conceptual development of architectural and interior projects.
  • Oversee design quality from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and teams to ensure cohesive project vision.
  • Inspire, guide, and mentor the design team through all project stages.
  • Translate client needs into innovative design strategies.
  • Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Represent the studio's creative ethos in presentations and discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Architecture (Master's in Architecture/Planning/Design preferred).
  • 6–10 years of professional experience in architecture/interior design.
  • Proven design leadership experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, visualization, and storytelling ability.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
