Hospital Receptionist

SVN Hospital is looking for a Receptionist with at least 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinic setup. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and have basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist patients and visitors politely.

· Manage patient registrations and appointments.

· Handle phone calls and inquiries efficiently.

· Maintain front desk records and update data in the system.

· Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for patient flow.

· Ensure cleanliness and order at the reception area.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist (Females preferred).

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

· Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.
