Position: Warehousing Executive Location: Chennai (Factory) Company: Amadora Gourmet Ice CreamAmadora is looking for a Warehousing Executive to join our central production and logistics team. This is a critical backend role that ensures smooth storage, handling, and dispatch of ice cream and baked goods across all our stores and franchise partners.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily inward and outward stock movement from the central warehouse

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock sheets/ERP regularly

Ensure cold storage integrity and correct FIFO/FEFO practices are followed

Organize and label products for easy identification and dispatch

Coordinate with production, dispatch, and store teams for order fulfillment

Track and report stock discrepancies, breakages, and expiries

Assist in loading/unloading, stacking, and space optimization

Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly physical stock audits

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and temperature logs in all storage areas

Requirements:2–3 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food/FMCG/QSRFamiliarity with cold chain and perishable inventory handling

Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic stock tracking tools

Physically fit and comfortable working in cold storage environments

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Willing to work early mornings or extended hours when needed
