  • Work closely with Regulatory, Packaging, Procurement, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams to deliver commercially viable products.

Technology Transfer

  • Oversee lab-to-plant scale-up and ensure successful implementation.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain precise trial reports, stability data, specifications, and formulation records.

Sustainability Focus

  • Champion eco-friendly formulations, sustainable sourcing, and biodegradable ingredients.
  • Balance innovation with cost-effectiveness and scalability.
