Role Overview

As a
Marketing Intern
, you will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels. You'll gain practical experience in
digital marketing, content creation, branding, and market research
, helping the company reach and engage its target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, and executing
    digital marketing campaigns
    (social media, email, paid ads).
  • Conduct
    market research
    and competitor analysis.
  • Create engaging content
    for social media, blogs, and other platforms.
  • Manage and update company
    social media pages
    .
  • Track campaign performance and prepare
    reports & analytics
    .
  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other team members for marketing deliverables.
  • Assist in
    SEO and website optimization
    activities.
  • Support in
    event planning, branding, and promotional activities
    (if applicable).
  • Design
    social media creatives, banners, infographics, and marketing collateral

- Create
short-form videos, reels, and animations

for various platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop
campaign visuals and brand assets

.
- Assist in maintaining
brand consistency

across all content.
- Edit photos and videos for digital campaigns.
- Research design trends and content ideas to keep output fresh and engaging.
- Support content creation for
blogs, newsletters, and presentations

when needed.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed
    Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Engineering, Design, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of
    digital marketing tools
    (social media, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Interest in branding, content creation, and data-driven marketing.
  • Proficiency in
    design tools

such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of
visual design principles

and attention to detail.
- Ability to
create engaging social media content

(both static and video).
- Creative mindset with the ability to
work on multiple projects

at once.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
