Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Heat Treatment Supervisor to oversee and manage heat treatment operations in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HT processes, furnace troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities. The role involves ensuring process consistency, maintaining HT documentation, and verifying metallurgical standards for hardness, case depth, and microstructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and monitor heat treatment processes as per defined standards.
  • Maintain and update HT process documentation and records.
  • Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance of HT furnaces.
  • Ensure quality control for hardness, case depth, and microstructure as per specifications.
  • Work closely with the QA team to meet metallurgical quality requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards during operations.
