• Lead the selection, development, and integration of the traction motor.

• Define motor performance specifications (torque, power, efficiency).

• Manage the mechanical and thermal integration of the motor into the EDU.

• Work with the controls team on motor characterization and calibration.


• Experience with the design and integration of electric motors (e.g., PMSM, IM) for traction applications.

• Knowledge of motor construction, performance characteristics, and thermal management.

• Familiarity with motor control strategies.

• Proficiency in CAD/PLM software (CATIA, NX, Teamcenter).
