About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Full Stack Engineer
with at least 4 years of professional experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in
, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
, with strong backend knowledge to design and implement end-to-end solutions.

This role requires an
independent, self-driven engineer
who will
solely handle the project
from start to finish. Prior experience in
startup environments
and managing
solo projects end-to-end
is essential, as you will be responsible for development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solely own and deliver the project from
    concept to deployment
    with UI/UX and other teams
    .
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using
    , React, , and Express
    (or equivalent).
  • Architect and implement scalable backend services and APIs, integrating with databases such as
    PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
    .
  • Build reusable, high-quality front-end components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Deploy and manage applications on
    cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
    with strong knowledge of scaling and monitoring.
  • Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of web applications.
  • Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain
    CI/CD pipelines

  • Work in an agile, startup-style environment with direct ownership and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Strong expertise in
