As we expand globally, we're looking for someone who can help us build strong international creator relationships and unlock new markets.

Role Overview

We're seeking a driven International Business Development Executive to lead our outreach and partnerships outside India. You will identify global creators, pitch Glitchover, manage end-to-end communication, and help shape our international expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify potential creators, streamers, agencies, and partners in international markets.

* Conduct market research to find new opportunities across regions and categories.

* Handle outreach, pitching, follow-ups, and relationship building with global creators.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner satisfaction.

* Understand creator pain points, market gaps, and suggest strategic improvements.

* Contribute fresh ideas for expanding Glitchover's presence globally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills (spoken + written) suitable for international conversations.

* Previous experience in BD, sales, outbound outreach, or creator partnerships is a plus.

* Understanding of the creator economy, gaming ecosystem, or influencer landscape (preferred.)
