Job Description – Marketing & Social Media Manager

Organization: SEWAS Infrastructure Ltd & Group Companies (Mokshamaa & Raiwat entities)

Location: Borivali, Mumbai | Initial WFH until office completion

Initiative: Expanding SEWAS presence across 800+ cities

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead SEWAS's branding, digital communication, and outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will blend modern digital strategies with the values of Jainism (Ahimsa, Satya, Aparigraha) to build a strong, ethical, and impactful presence across India and globally.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Branding

  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Develop and maintain SEWAS brand identity across all projects and group companies.
  • Organize awareness drives, seminars, exhibitions, and campaigns in collaboration with communities.
  • Design promotional strategies for SEWAS Awards, TV channel, and global initiatives.

Social Media & Digital Strategy

  • Build and manage SEWAS's presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and video content showcasing SEWAS projects.
  • Manage YouTube for live events and SEWAS TV streaming.
  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.
  • Handle online reputation management and ethical crisis communication.

Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with Jain communities, NGOs, corporates, and schools for outreach.
  • Engage with stakeholders to expand SEWAS's influence across 800+ cities.
  • Support event coverage with digital campaigns and live updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Media, or Communications.
  • 2–5 years' experience in marketing, social media, or digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Buffer, Analytics).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication (Gujarati, Hindi, English preferred).
  • Creativity, storytelling ability, and community-building mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for campaigns and events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
