About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning to join our growing AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models, along with writing efficient Python code for data processing and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ML models using libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code for data processing and feature engineering.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy models into production.
  • Work with structured and unstructured datasets, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Implement APIs or backend integrations to serve ML models.
  • Optimize existing algorithms for better performance and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in AI and ML.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Python development and machine learning.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib/Seaborn for data analysis and visualization.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to deep learning, NLP, or computer vision projects.
  • Understanding of MLOps and model deployment frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Docker).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
