Requirements:

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, preferably in SaaS or cloud-native environments

Proven track record of leading architecture for large-scale, distributed systems.

Deep expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), microservices, data architecture, and DevOps practices.

Expertise in multiple technologies and domains

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Create and deliver presentations articulating vision, findings, and approach to all stakeholders

Ability to influence organizationally without authority and lead and organize initiatives that cross team, function, and product boundaries

Creates external value through patents, white papers, or speaking at conferences

Creates brand and company equity

Ideal candidate is results oriented, innovative, self-motivated, possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multi-task successfully and manage multiple responsibilities

Willingness to learn, while also offering own insight, suggestions and feedback

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2+ years of experience of project experience providing AI/ML & Gen AI.

Job Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architect :

• Expertise in defining, designing, and articulating an Enterprise Solution level architecture.

• Technology experience of 15-18 Yrs. including solutioning of application architecture.

• Lead end-to-end architecture for major product initiatives, ensuring alignment with platform goals and customer needs

• Partner with executive stakeholders to influence long-term technology investments and innovation priorities

• Establish and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across engineering teams

• Should have good experience of working on NFR's like Availability, Scalability, Performance , Configurability, Security and Integration etc.

• Expertise on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, dotnet, Python , front-end web applications and others for developing web based digital software applications.

• Ability to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address our customers' business problems.

• Experience of helping customers do digital transformation from their rigid legacy platforms.

• Understanding database concepts and proficiency in working with databases like SQL, Postgres, DynamoDB , MySQL.

• Understanding DevOps principles and experience with related tools like Git, Github Actions , Jenkins

• Responsible for creating and maintaining a coherent and holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and technology.

• Creation and maintenance of architectural principles, standards, patterns, and guidelines.

• Works closely with senior leadership to understand the organisation's' objective and then to align the architecture strategy.

• Defines and implements architectural frameworks, methodologies, and processes to guide the design, development, and implementation of systems and solutions.

• Establishes and enforces architecture governance process.

• Analyses the current technology environment, identifies areas for improvement, and recommends solutions.

• Gives technical advice and provides guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring that they adhere to architectural principles.
