Job Description:

The candidate should have experience in the sheet metal industry, with strong practical knowledge of forging and forming processes. Hands-on expertise in metalworking techniques is essential.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Proven experience in a production or fabrication role, preferably within the pipe fittings, steel fabrication, or a related heavy manufacturing industry.
  • Candidate should have relevant experience in Forging and Sheet metal Forming process like bending, cutting
  • Maintaining all Production related documents as per the ISO & Company manual.
  • Planning & execute the jobs as per the given timeline.
  • Maintaining the daily Production records, Cutting records, Raw material consumption record, Machining records, Job cards etc.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of butt-welded pipe fittings and materials like stainless steel (SS), carbon steel (CS), and mild steel (MS).
  • Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as ASME and ISO.
