Job Title: Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist - Educational Content

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Video Editor to transform raw footage into polished, dynamic, and effective educational videos. You will be responsible for editing, adding graphics, and animating elements to enhance learning and create a cohesive visual experience for our students.

Responsibilities:

* Assemble and edit raw footage into a finished product that aligns with the instructional goals and brand style.

* Create and integrate motion graphics, text overlays, and animations to explain complex concepts and highlight key information.

* Improve video and audio quality through color correction, sound mixing, and noise reduction.

* Incorporate supplementary materials such as slides, screen recordings, B-roll footage, and stock assets.

* Select and integrate appropriate music and sound effects to enhance viewer engagement.

* Collaborate with instructional designers and videographers to ensure a seamless workflow from production to final delivery.

* Manage video projects, adhering to deadlines and maintaining organized project files.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Demonstrated experience in video editing and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (especially educational or explainer videos).

* Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.

* Expertise in motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects.

* A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual design.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Familiarity with various video formats and best practices for web and mobile platforms.

* A creative mindset with a passion for making learning engaging and effective.
