Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can convert Instagram and website inquiries into confirmed sales. The role involves handling customer conversations, understanding requirements, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sales inquiries from Instagram DMs, comments, and website chats/forms.
  • Convert leads into successful orders through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Share product details, pricing, offers, and resolve customer queries.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.
  • Maintain daily sales records and performance tracking.
  • Support ongoing promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience to encourage repeat sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in Instagram sales or website sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with sales orientation.
  • Ability to handle multiple chats and inquiries simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in D2C or online retail brands.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or order management systems.
