Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Full-time)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Takeaway Counter Sales Associate to join our catering company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling takeaway orders, interacting with customers, maintaining cleanliness at the counter, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments; provide receipts and change as needed.
• Ensure food packaging is correct and meets hygiene standards.
• Keep the counter and work area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff to manage order flow and timing.
• Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints promptly.
• Maintain records of daily sales and report discrepancies to the manager.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
