Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Support the team in brainstorming creative campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Assist in designing graphics, reels, and short videos with tools like Canva or other editing software.
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, followers).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with brand objectives.

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
