Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Academic Duties

  • Conduct lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials in line with academic standards.
  • Supervise student projects, dissertations, and fieldwork.
  • Incorporate modern teaching methodologies and technology in classrooms.

Research & Development

  • Undertake independent and collaborative research.
  • Publish research papers in reputed journals and participate in conferences.
  • Apply for funded research projects and grants.
  • Guide and mentor research scholars.

Academic Administration

  • Participate in curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Assist in organizing academic events such as workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
  • Contribute to departmental committees and administrative responsibilities.

Student Mentoring

  • Provide academic guidance, counseling, and mentorship to students.
  • Encourage student involvement in research, innovation, and co-curricular activities.
  • Uphold discipline, ethics, and professional standards among students.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in relevant discipline (as per UGC/AICTE/PCI norms).
  • Masters Degree in the relevant subject with a good academic record.
  • NET qualification preferred.
  • Strong academic and research background with publications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
