Job Title: Executive - International Sales

Location: Kherki Daula, Sector 76, Gurugram / Gurgaon

Education Qualification: Graduate (Preferably in Supply Chain Management)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Description / Major Responsibilities:

Coordinate with International Suppliers:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers worldwide.
  • Ensure clear communication on order status, shipment schedules, and product availability.

Assign Import Shipments to Appropriate Forwarders:

  • Evaluate and assign shipments to reliable forwarding partners based on cost, delivery time, and service quality.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.

Track Import Shipments:

  • Monitor the status of incoming shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Address any delays or issues that may arise during the shipping process.Manage

Vendor Payments:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments.
  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure smooth transactions and resolve payment-related queries.

Arrange and Monitor Daily Courier Dispatches:

  • Oversee the daily dispatch of goods through couriers and logistics providers.
  • Track courier shipments and ensure prompt and safe delivery of products to the end customers.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and international logistics.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
