We are seeking experienced SAP ABAP Workflow Consultants to support our ongoing project requirements. The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and customizing workflows in SD and FI with HR integration. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical expertise, functional knowledge, and hands-on implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Collaboration

a. Work closely with functional teams (HR, ESS, SD, FI) to understand business process needs.

b. Conduct technical feasibility analysis and provide input on workflow design.

c. Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to ensure smooth process alignment.

2. Workflow Design & Development

a. Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP Workflows to automate and optimize business processes.

b. Enhance and customize standard SAP workflows for SD, FI, HR and ESS/MSS modules.

c. Create scalable, reusable, and optimized workflow solutions aligned with SAP best practices.

3. Customization & Enhancements

a. Develop custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces to meet specific client requirements.

b. Build extensions and modifications for workflows to improve efficiency.

c. Debug and resolve workflow issues within defined SLAs.

4. Integration & Testing

a. Integrate workflows with SAP HR, ESS/MSS, SD, and FI modules.

b. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support to ensure quality deliverables.

c. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization.

5. Documentation

a. Maintain detailed workflow documentation for compliance and audit.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Workflow design, customization, and implementation.
  • Strong working knowledge of ABAP HR, including PA/OM modules.
  • Good functional understanding of:
  • SAP HR (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management)
  • SAP ESS/MSS (Employee/Manager Self-Service)
  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • SAP FI (Financial Accounting)
  • Proficiency in developing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certification in ABAP or Workflow.
  • Experience with latest SAP technologies (S/4HANA, Fiori, CDS views, OData services).
  • Exposure to Agile / DevOps delivery models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
