Behavioral Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counselling to students on behavioural, emotional, and social concerns.
• Conduct Life Skill sessions across different age groups to promote positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and mental well-being.
• Identify and address early signs of stress, anxiety, bullying, or behavioural challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to design effective behavioural intervention plans.
• Maintain confidential student records and progress reports.
• Organize workshops and awareness programs on mental health, peer pressure, social media use, etc.
• Support in building a positive school culture that prioritizes student well-being and inclusivity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Child Psychology (mandatory).
• Certification or training in Life Skills Education / Child & Adolescent Counselling preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working as a school counsellor or behavioural specialist.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and classroom engagement skills.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and parents.
