Role & responsibilities

• *Supply Chain Strategy*: Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy for the dairy division, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

• *Material Planning*: Oversee material planning, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement.

• *Depot and Warehouse Management*: Manage depot and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and transportation of products.

• *Inventory Management*: Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.

• *Cost Optimization*: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to reduce logistics and supply chain costs.

• *Team Leadership*: Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support.

• *Risk Management*: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• *Experience*: Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the dairy or FMCG industry.

• *Education*: Master degree in Supply Chain Management.

• *Skills*:

• *Strategic Thinking*: Ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

• *Leadership*: Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

• *Analytical Skills*: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
