We're Hiring: UI - UX Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled
UI/UX Designer
to craft a cohesive style guide and design system for our engineering team while contributing to the full product design lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences, preferably with exposure to American or European projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive style guide (colors, typography, components, iconography, etc.) to ensure design consistency.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to define design goals and priorities.
  • Translate requirements into user-friendly, visually appealing designs that align with UI/UX principles.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Promote UX thinking throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
  • Interpret user behavior and analytics data to make informed design decisions.
  • Maintain consistency by using design systems and UI libraries.
  • Advocate for the end user in every design decision.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in SaaS, ERP, or large-scale web applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing style guide creation, design systems, and user-centric designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS; understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and design iteration based on feedback.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Jira or any other similar tool.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; open to feedback and eager to learn.
  • Exposure to American or European projects is preferred.

Portfolio Requirement
