Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our team in Raipur, Durg, or Bhilai. This full-time position involves engaging potential students to provide comprehensive support and guidance through the admission process. The aim is to cultivate relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and effectively communicate the benefits of Kalinga University's programs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software to track and manage student inquiries and applications (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent customer service skills to address potential students' queries and provide personalized guidance (Mandatory skill).
  • Telemarketing abilities to proactively reach out to prospects and engage in meaningful conversations (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with salesforce for managing and analyzing student interaction data efficiently.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand and respond to the needs of prospective students effectively.
  • Experience with Google Workspace for seamless collaboration and sharing of information within the team.
  • Proven lead generation capabilities to identify and attract new students to university programs.
  • Negotiation skills to communicate program benefits and persuade students to choose Kalinga University.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students to provide information about program offerings, admissions criteria, and career opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential students in the CRM system to ensure smooth processing.
  • Conduct outreach initiatives, including telemarketing, to connect with a diverse pool of potential students.
  • Interface with students through various communication channels to guide them through the admission process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with institutional goals.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, webinars, and campus tours to engage with students.
  • Analyze student feedback and trends to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment and admission strategies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing innovative approaches to meet and exceed student enrollment targets.
