Technocast Foundry, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, specializes in manufacturing high-quality iron and steel castings using advanced automatic high-pressure line foundry technology. The facility includes an in-house CNC machine shop and is capable of producing castings up to 1.5 tons per single piece. Utilizing both green sand and no-bake processes, Technocast Foundry is committed to delivering precision and reliability to meet diverse industrial needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located at our facility in Coimbatore. The Sales Assistant will assist the sales team in day-to-day operations such as maintaining customer relationships, managing inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams. They will also provide high-quality customer service, track sales activities, and support the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address customer needs effectively and professionally.
- Sales skills, including the ability to understand customer requirements, provide product recommendations, and close sales effectively.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in using office software and sales-related tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
