Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research to generate new leads across industries—Hotels, Builders, Architects, Contractors, MEP Consultants, Industrial & Commercial projects
  • Build and maintain a structured lead database (Excel / CRM)
  • Identify decision-makers and gather verified contact details
  • Qualify leads based on industry, project requirement, budget, and timelines
  • Support outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and follow-up communication
  • Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team for pitching and scheduling meetings
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and reports
  • Track weekly KPIs and present lead performance insights
  • Maintain strong product and industry knowledge (training provided)
