  • Reception Management:
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and ensuring efficient communication. 
  • Managing the flow of visitors and ensuring a positive office atmosphere. 
  • Administrative Support:
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. 
  • Managing and organizing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, including updating databases and spreadsheets. 
  • Assisting with data entry, filing, and document preparation. 
  • Customer Service:
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Providing information and assistance to visitors and clients. 
  • Other Duties:
